I felt welcome at the Relais12Bis Bed & Breakfast By Eiffel Tower. The hosts were great too make my stay special, even surprising me with a birthday celebration for my son. The location was convenient and the accommodation was stylish and comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B for a nice stay in Paris.

It is conveniently located near metro stops on different lines, allowing easy access to various parts of the city. there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, making it a convenient choice for food and shopping. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower is a major advantage, perfect for those seeking stunning views and leisurely walks in the nearby park. Indulging in a delicious breakfast each morning adds a lovely touch to the stay.

The hotel was impeccably clean with excellent facilities. The location was ideal, close to everything and near Metro stops on two different lines. The staff were really good in every aspect, especially during breakfast.

The B&B's location near the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance of central attractions is perfect. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore the city on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a King size bed, air conditioning, and a large TV. The bathroom was clean and had a great walk-in shower. The daily breakfast was delicious, with a variety of cheese, bread, meat, and made-to-order eggs. Access to the B&B was secure, and the owners were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
Felt so well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location, easy check-in/out, huge room considering price, comfy beds, clean. Communal area with cake and drinks. Outstanding staff, felt at home immediately. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful and trendy setting. Close to Eiffel Tower. Safe and peaceful for romantic stay. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom featuring a nice shower and plenty of shelves for toiletries. The location of this hotel near the Eiffel Tower and the river, as well as being close to several subway stops, makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel, including the friendly and helpful hosts, made for a welcoming atmosphere and provided excellent service. The breakfast provided at this hotel was fantastic, with a variety of options available to start the day off right.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions. The comfortable common area was a great place to start the day with a generous breakfast.
Noise levels from the street could be quite high if you prefer to sleep with the windows open.
